Hi, this is my first post at off-road.ge. I'm from Poland and I'm driving Land Rover Defender TD5 from 2002. I was in Georgia in 2011. It was great, so I decide to back to youრ country. In August im going to Georgia by car. I wonder if there is any road from border crosing with Russia at Military Road to Omalo? Could anyone help me? Are there in Georgia any roads which I MUST see?

If understood correctly, here's the route from Geo/Rus borded to Tusheti: https://www.google.ge/maps/dir/Omalo,+Kakhe...42.733333?hl=ka Pleace consider this just as a general direction, times may not be accurate. and if there will be no natural disaster (which almost never happens during summer) the whole way is doable for your car. for me, this trip (road+destination) seems very nice, but "MUST see" description seems quite personal and ambiguous, maybe other guys will suggest you something else as well. good luck! -------------------- ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊

no, not really.
this big "curve" of the route goes around highly mountainous region. there're only few hiking paths which go through this region towards Tusheti. -------------------- ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊
